To qualify, your business must meet three simple criteria:

Locally Headquartered — registered and headquartered in Cecil, Kent, or Queen Anne's County.
Independently Owned — not a franchise, chain location, or subsidiary of a company headquartered outside the three Upper Shore counties.
Main-Street Sized — operating with fewer than 25 full-time employees.

Eligibility verified against Maryland business registration.
