Everything this month stacks on these two. Here's each in a sentence.

Part 1 · Last week

🧠 The Brain

Your knowledge loaded into the AI — your docs, your process, your world — so it answers from your stuff, not the whole internet. We call it your Second Brain.

Part 2 · Today Now

🗣️ The Voice

Your sound — the words you use, your rhythm, how you'd actually say it — taught to the AI so drafts come out sounding like you. We call it your Voice Card.

3Missed Part 1? A starter Brain in 60 seconds

Optional — today works without it (see the trade-off below). But if you want the fuller effect:

Do this in your AI right now
  1. Open the tool you just picked.
  2. Paste in 2–3 things that describe your world: a short bio, your services or offer, one document you reference a lot.
  3. Then tell it, in the box:
    "Keep these as background about me and my work for everything we do next."

That's a starter Brain. Now today's Voice sits on top of it.

Bottom line: the Voice is the star of today, and it works without the Brain — you'll still walk out with an AI that sounds like you. The Brain is what makes the drafts also substantively yours. Miss Part 1 and you still win today; just build a quick Brain when you can, and the two click together.

Copy the prompt

If there's a "Copy" button next to the prompt — just click it. Done.

If it's plain text — highlight the whole prompt, then press Ctrl + C (Windows) or ⌘ Cmd + C (Mac). On a phone: tap and hold → Select All → Copy.

Paste it and hit enter

1. Click once inside the box at the bottom.

2. Paste: Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ Cmd + V (Mac). On a phone: tap and hold → Paste.

3. Press Enter (or tap the ↑ send arrow). Watch it work.

Talk back to it

It's a conversation, not a search engine. If it's not quite right, say so in plain English: "Make it shorter." · "Say it warmer." · "That's not quite what I meant…"

Keep going until it sounds like you. You're the boss; it's the helper.

Level up: build it once, never paste again

The real magic is teaching the AI who you are one time, so it just remembers. That's a starter Brain + Voice. Menus move — look for the word:

ChatGPT
Look for Custom Instructions (your icon → Settings → Personalization). Tell it who you are → Save. Or make a Project to hold files too.
Claude
Click Projects → New Project. Add your instructions and reference docs. It remembers every time.
Gemini
Look for Gems → New Gem. Name it + add instructions → Save. Your own helper, on tap.
One safety habit: only paste things that are already public, or clean them first. No client names, no private numbers, no one else's personal details. Your voice lives in the rhythm, not the secrets.
