The Call Sheet
Who you talk to, in what order, before anyone walks into a room.
How to use it: sort your people into the three piles, fill one row per person, then number the rows in the order you'll actually talk to them. Type on any dotted line or in any cell — or print it and use a pen. Nothing is saved or sent; it lives only on your screen until you close the page.

Who decides
Can stop it or fund it.
Who's affected
Their daily work changes.
Who must not hear it secondhand
Status, history or relationship means finding out from someone else is an injury. This is the pile people skip — and it's where rollouts actually die. Nobody in it can be late in your order.

Start with the curious one, not the loudest skeptic — curiosity travels. Align the small group before the big one: the room ratifies, it does not create agreement.
3 · The Five Gaps
Name which gap each person is in before you decide what to say. Most leaders answer "doesn't want it" with training — which is the answer to "doesn't know how."
Which gap is it?
1
Hasn't heard it— doesn't know it's happening.
2
Doesn't want it— knows, isn't sold.
3
Doesn't know how— willing, untrained.
4
Can't yet— willing and trained, but access, time or permission blocks them.
5
Won't stick— worked once, nothing holds it in place.
The room is the last step, not the first.

A person always makes the final call.
