AI can make a draft fast. Your job is to make it useful.

1. Show it quick

Give AI your facts and ask for a first draft. Keep it.

What works? What would stop you using it?

Tell it who the visual is for, what should stand out, and where it will go.

Add the facts it may use, your brand choices, and anything it must keep or avoid.

Make another draft. What improved?

Name one change and the parts to preserve.

Compare the old and new versions. Did it fix that? What else changed?

An edit request can still change other parts. Keep the earlier version.

Save the colors, fonts, layout preferences, and rules you want to reuse as a brand skill.

Give it fresh facts for each project. Reusing instructions does not replace checking.

Facts: Names, words, numbers, and units match your source. Nothing unsupported was added.
Meaning: The message is clear. Any charts match the numbers and compare compatible units.
Readability: The text is readable at the size people will see.
Fit: The shape, margins, images, and brand choices work where it will be printed or posted.
