Library — Start Here

Orientation · about 15 minutes · works best with the Library open in another tab

You don't need a study plan. You need one win.

Most people open a training library, feel the size of it, and close the tab. This course exists so that never happens to you. Fifteen minutes from now you'll know what's here, what order to take it in, and — more useful than either — you'll have improved one real piece of your actual work.

Find what helps. Fence what's risky. Forge your own way of working.

That's the whole method. Every course, kit, and session in this Library is one of those three moves. Keep it in your pocket; you'll see it everywhere.

Lesson 1

How the Library is organized

Five rooms. Each does one job.

CoursesStructured, self-paced. Take one when you want depth on a single problem — prompts, documents, decisions, guardrails.
KitsDone-for-you. A worked example, paste-ready prompts, and the Verify-First guardrail. Built to pay off in the first ten minutes.
The VaultReplays and worksheets from the weekly build sessions. Watch someone build the thing, then build yours.
Field NotesShort written lessons. Read one with coffee; apply it before lunch.
Live SessionsThursdays. Come build in real time. Every session's replay and worksheet land in the Vault, so missing a week costs you nothing.
Lesson 2

Your first ten minutes

Do these in order. Stop when something's improved.

Find out how you work with AI. Take the free archetype assessment if you haven't. It's seven questions, and it changes which advice fits you. Your archetype follows you through the Library.
Find where your week leaks. Run the FrictionIndex calculator — about 90 seconds. It names your biggest time-drain. That drain is your curriculum.
Fix that one thing. Open the kit or Vault replay closest to your biggest drain and do exactly what it shows on one real task from your own work. Not a practice task. A real one.
The ruleOne real task improved beats three courses completed. The Library is a workshop, not a syllabus.
Lesson 3

Pick your path

You don't need everything here. You need the shelf that matches your problem.

If this sounds like youStart with
"My week disappears and I can't say where."The Friction Index — measure the drains, fix the biggest one first.
"I don't know what's safe to hand to AI."Human-Owned Zone Mapper — decide what stays human, fence the rest.
"I'm ready to build something that works my way."The kits, then the build-your-own path — start from a worked example, make it yours.
"Is this even paying off?"True Net ROI — count the real return, including the checking and fixing.
"I lead a team."Start with yourself anyway. Get two wins that hold up, then bring them to the team. Borrowed conviction doesn't survive contact with a skeptical Monday.
Lesson 4

Where the live sessions fit

Thursdays are the heartbeat. A live build session: real problem, real tools, real fences, built in front of you — with room to ask the question you'd never post in a forum.

Can't make Thursdays? The Vault holds every replay with its worksheet. The worksheet matters more than the video: it's the part where you do it. Watch at speed if you like, but do the worksheet at full attention.

Lesson 5

How to keep it going

You're orientedThat's the whole tour. Close this, open the room that matches your problem, and go improve one real thing. The Library will be here Thursday.
